OUR NEW PATENT-PENDING BRACKET DESIGN
Eliminates the need for a spreader arm by mounting a fixed bearing on the operator adjustment plate, preventing the torsion shaft and operator from moving closer together.
Enables precise chain tension adjustments through the use of an adjustment bolt.
Maintains parallel alignment between the operator output shaft and the door’s torsion shaft during chain tensioning.
Allows raising and lowering of the operator without risk of stripping mounting fasteners, as the fasteners securing our bracket to the building remain fixed, it does not require loosening or removal.
operator replacement made eASY, particularly in masonry applications, by eliminating the need to cut expansion anchors angled for operator removal.
operator installation IS MADE EASIER by allowing the bracket to be hung on the torsion shaft via the bearing, supporting its weight during fastener installation, thereby removing the need to hold the operator manually.
OUR BRACKET HAS physical tick marks on both sides of the bracket and at the center of the bearing plate to indicate the torsion shaft’s center position, allowing bracket to be accurately mounted prior to torsion shaft installation.
The bearing plate opening is designed to accommodate both 1-inch and 1.25-inch torsion shafts.
